Veronica Cram is the Founder and Chief Consultant of InSight Strategic Solutions, where she helps business owners build financially healthy, sustainable companies that strengthen the communities around them. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations, Veronica works with entrepreneurs and leadership teams across the United States to provide financial clarity, strategic guidance, and operational insight.
A strong advocate for small business growth and economic development, Veronica is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools and understanding needed to make confident decisions, create jobs, and build lasting impact. Her work has earned both personal and company recognition, including the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber’s 2024 Small Business Champion of the Year award and the 2023 Professional Service Business of the Year award for InSight Strategic Solutions.
Veronica earned her degrees from New Mexico State University, The University of Alabama in Huntsville, and Auburn University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting local organizations, and cheering on Auburn football.
